The Chancellor's Animal Research Committee (CARC) will immediately investigate any allegation of abuse or misconduct involving animals in any of its laboratories or associated facilities. You do not have to identify yourself to report an incident of animal abuse. If you do, your identity will be held in the strictest confidence.
